Milk situation

V started this milk spurt and upgrades her 3 bottles a day to 5-6 bottles! Was freaking us out. Means morning 1, before nap 2, night 2-3. We go through the massive tin of pediasure in 1.5 weeks, that's close to 3 x 1.5kg in a mth. Not that I care much but the amount of sugars in the milk!! Yikes ... I tried changing her to drink fresh milk in the afternoon but failed, told me not nice. So it was back to pediasure, I felt uneasy as I have been seeing children around her age with rotten teeth. If you must know me, I am miss super anal about teeth!!! I check V teeth so often and detail, better than a dentist hahaha. I'm pretty expert with it. Helps with years of braces.... If V smiles at me and it's off white, I scream n it's off to the toilet to get it fix. She tries to get away with just playing with her toothbrush when everyone else bathes her. Me ahaha I inspect them!
So back to milk... We put her In lysine after her last bout of sickness when her appetite dipped. Now, she eats so much we get scared . 13.7 kg, for someone who weighted 12kg at the pd's. Not too bad, but it's toughie carrying her now.. Anyways, yesterday we went to the supermarket and a pink bottle of Meiji milk caught her eyes!! Wa winner la this one... I managed to convert her to drink strawberry fresh milk in the afternoon, she likes coz it's pink :) well hope this lasts *prays

Pls don't ask me about the bottle . We went through 10 over straw bottle n they all failed. Yes I have a massive collection of bottles at home. In the end her words "mummy I want to lie down to drink my milk" win lor ... Any suggestions? A straw bottle that works like a milk bottle?

Update

My dear MBP is still going to be in the Apple clinic for another 2 weeks. So it's iPhone n iPad only days till it's back.. I prefer to blog on a laptop then on the other 2 gadgets, you know how it is when u have the urge to write and it flows better when u are tapping on a actual keyboard.

Lack of posts

Im sorry if this blog is dry... I have been trying to solve my lappie issues, my poor macbook pro is going abit bonkers. Daddy took it after my failed attempts to solve it and was amazed at the junk i have inside hahahahah. If you need to know, this is my longest lasting laptop ever!! So we have been infront of the computer almost every night to clear all. After all the mayhem, it's now in the clinic. So let's wait and see if it's going to emerge fine ....

Words

Im amazed by the words that V uses...

She wont use words that are like pretty, sweet but "look, I'm gorgeous," " oh my goodness" " my isn't it fantastic" like in her vocab is always 3 syllabus. She aims to hear tough words I think.

Like last night, She was grumbling that her princess has a torn sleeve and the dress has a big hole. Telling me how is princess going to go to a masquerade ball!like wtf MASQUERADE! I swear I didn't know what it wasn't till i was real old. There i have a girl 3 years old and using words like this. This has to be effects of her tv watching for I will never use words like this.

After that, we were watching food channel and they had some sweets, baking stuffs showing. I told her its called confectionary. With 3 attempts she caught it and it became her word of the day. Where do these children get their cells from.?

My 1st income tax

Wee weets.. I just completed my 1st ever income tax! It feel great, think some of you must be thinking ... "crazy or what ?" hehe I never had the opportunity to do it. Always been done by my ex company except for my 1st year that I had to key in some of the particulars myself, after that it was automatic. So at 33 years old todo it is pretty awesome :) had the husband to help me out this round coz there was children relief and whatnot. I actually had more than 5k relief!!! Wow... True husband was commenting that there was upon a time he had about the same amount declared in his income at,now it's a lots more. Well in life we always have to start some where right? I was declaring only 8 months of my time as a sales director... :)

Way cool...next gotta attempt paying myself CPF. Blur me never knew there was a voluntary thingy we could do heheh... Everyday is always some thing new :)
