God's Providence

Today is one of those days it seems that there were so many messages sent to me in many forms.

I slept in late due to crazy weekend events, the children and I open our eyes at 10am! Rushed up and got ready for our trip to school. The parents did our 1st rehearsals for teacher's day and it was 2 hours of laughter of 10 ladies behaving silly. After that, me and Ailei (mummy of k's classmate) went to Jumbo to have lunch coz they are having 25% off (SG50 promotions).

While there, we were asked to share the VIP room with other customers due to a full load and we stepped into a lunch with the principal, her pastor husband and their daughter. Super awkward coz they were having their private time and there we were intruding. But they were very welcoming and we had a very nice converstation. Their daughter was sharing with us her missionary voluntary work overseas and her lifestyle on not being paid, living off the organisations, 80 ladies sharing a house that has 3 toilets and living in unsafe areas. You see these people sitting on my table are a bunch of educated individuals with a calling far greater than themselves. They listen to God and they faithfully followed.

I questioned myself at that moment of my calling. The thing is, I know I am constantly blessed by God and yet I do not proclaim his wonderous love to me loud enough.

A day of a mommy

Started today real early at 5am, got ready and sent my Father-in-Law to the airport at 6 am. Got into Raffles area and started my 1st meeting at 730! Here is a gorgeous photo of Singapore sunrise.

Singapore sunrise at Tower Club
By the time it was 12pm, I was stoned from the heat! The best part I was in the aircon room but yet was hit, so I took a shut eye for 30 mins to charge up and continue with work. Thank goodness I get to sms for work as I shift between 10 chats at 1 shot. No one answers calls anymore, right?

I ended my work early at 1pm and took the day off since this is my only night I cleared for the children. Picked them up and chatted with some mummies along the way to catch up. Today's topic was on V's teeth hahaha, aiyo it just drops a lot. Got home changed and went for some snacks at Chicken Up, I couldn't resist having the beer hoping it will cool my heat.  The children enjoyed the chicken 'n truffles fries and they do have good lunch deals. I am so eyeing on their watermelon soju, omg so yums!

toothless
Brought them to ToysRus to get V's bff's birthday present, its going to be a swim party. Come to think  if I could turn back time, I could attend more birthday parties :(. Now that they are ending pre-school, it saddens me to think they are not going to have their friends with them as they move on to their next stage ** emo.

Then aiya my #2 decides to have a nose bleed. Those super random type from her stuffed nose, looks like this one has my airways. My ENT is my weak point and she seems to have inherited from me. This is her 2nd time she has nose bleed, definitely needs to monitor her trends.

I got some swesome photos of them in their school uniform but dunno how to blur their uniform. These are moments when I regret deleting photo apps! arghh coz I was sure I had one that mosiac the background. Anyone knows?

Just a day in my life

Just finished my day and suddenly I felt a urge to blog. Here is a photo of me leaving the building and carry sponges and cotton wools! This is a OOTD of a beauty trainer!!

Today has been fruitful, ran into town to deliver products to my customer. Went to Far East Plaza to get my yummy rojak fix and ran into an ex collegue. The thing about chatting with ex crew is that "its like yesterday", I left the industry for 7 years already Man! I am super grateful to Facebook and the ability to help me link to my friends!

small one's hair grew a little overnight hehe
Next, I went back to school to check out a teacher's day performance. Yeah, I am co-ordinating the Teacher's day 2015! From last year's experience, me and lisa (session 1) are on a roll this year since we have all our materials kept from last. Is always so fun to deal with parent volunteers and build a program together.

After school, I brought the kiddos to H&M to get some stuffs and the staff there made me wonder why I bother shopping there. I got a nagging from a staff because I requested him to cut the string that was tying the pair of shoes, He commented that "just need to fit what, why must remove?" he then rattled on and on, finally plogged the shoes in front of me disgruntled. I took them "MUST YOU BE SO NASTY?" in a calm, expressionless face. Mainly, felt there wasn't a need to tell him a story of customer service.  I just felt he was young, emotionless, young, young, inexperienced and ignorant. But walau by the time I reached 1st floor, I just felt that the manager needed to know that staff of this caliber CANNOT be in the children's department. You know right? IKR! So I told the manager as a positive feedback to that they can guide him on customer service and how children MUST have shoes without strings to walk and try.. YOU KNOW?

Anyway I was really composed, try me few years back and poor sod may already have a earful because of his bad behaviour. How can a young boy have so much to nag?

So drove back home to drop the children off and settle some calls regarding work. Left the house and got into Mary Kay beauty center for a training by a guest trainer.  Had Korean dinner with my favourite people and chatted with some consultants in my 5 mins window of time between packing, organising shopping and directing some work.

Thought I share with you this and it is really useful to have a successful life.
