This whole week she has been grumbling about her throat... On Monday, we took her to the dr's, her usual pd clinic had a waiting period of 6 freaking hours *rolls eyes so I wanted to bring her to that nice 24 hours GP that cured me pretty fast at a steep price. While checking we found that that was a PD at tamp st 11, read reviews and she seemed awesome. Made a call and the nurses claimed that it was not crowded, ermm we had to wait 30mins which I guess for PD is pretty not too bad. But we thought not crowded meant nobody hahahah.
Dr was great, old and very experienced lady... Gentle and motherly. V didn't grumbled and dr had a great assistant who was fantastic with her, which is gd as I had too many questions as usual. V's throat was slightly red but of no issue, but dr decided to give us 1 med for swelling , 1 med for pain, 1 vitamin c. There wasn't a need for anything else as there wasn't an issue la!
But oh the drama we have been having the last few days!!!! V grumbles of neck pain, throat pain, neck pain, throat pain. At times wants meds, another time screams at sight of meds.... Don't want food, don't wan milk . Then another time want meds in milk if not we put in milk she refused to drink. Bascially super drama queen, then the oh so pitiful face!
I was very sure she wasn't sick and have read of children at 3 years old that will start giving excuses to get their ways. Wasn't sure as I was thinking she may be having a impending cold or something.... Then the moment came today!!!! She told the grandma n Aunty nita that doesn't want to go school coz her throat pain!!! Pengs! When DD T called I knew it I was right! Called her teacher to ask about her behaviour in school and she was all okie but refused food and was grumbling to EvERYOnE of her painful throat hahahaha .. All the teachers knew about it ....
Omg I have a drama queen who makes excuses... N she is only 26 months.. Next impending, imaginary friend. Let's see....
